1. Scope of Application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.
Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business or profession.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue.
You may place products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order using the correction functions provided during the ordering process.
By clicking the button that completes the order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products contained in your shopping cart.
Confirmation that we have received your order will be sent by e-mail immediately after the order has been submitted.
We accept your offer by sending you an order confirmation or confirmation of dispatch by e-mail, or by initiating the payment transaction through the selected payment service provider. The relevant event that occurs first determines when the contract is concluded.
3. Contract Language and Storage of the Contract Text
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is:

We store the contract information and send you the relevant order information and these Terms of Service in text form by e-mail.
Where a customer account is available, order information may also be accessible through your customer account.
4. Delivery
A. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the prices shown for the products.
The applicable shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout before you submit your binding order.

B. Delivery Options
We deliver the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.
Delivery is made by dispatch only. Collection of goods from our premises is not currently available.
Available delivery countries and any delivery restrictions are displayed in the online shop and/or during checkout.
5. Payment
The payment methods available to you are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your country.

Payment is processed through Shopify Checkout and/or the respective payment service provider.
Credit and Debit Cards
When paying by credit or debit card, you enter your card details during checkout.

Your payment method will be charged in accordance with the information displayed during checkout.

6. Statutory Liability for Defects and Guarantees
Consumers have statutory rights in relation to defective goods.
The statutory liability for defects applies.
For new goods, the statutory limitation period for claims for defects is generally two years from delivery, subject to the applicable statutory provisions.
Any additional commercial guarantee offered for a particular product applies in addition to the statutory rights and does not restrict them.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
