Instructions for Cancellation & Cancellation Form
Consumers have a right to cancel in accordance with the following stipulations, where a consumer is any natural person who completes a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither their trade nor their independent professional activity:
A. Instructions for Cancellation
1. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract without providing any reasons.
For contracts regarding the delivery of goods, the cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), has taken possession of the last good.
For contracts regarding the delivery of data, not on a physical medium, produced and provided in digital form (digital content), the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us ('Boris Herrmann Racing GmbH, Venusberg, 20459 Hamburg, Deutschland, shop@borisherrmannracing.com, Phone: +494917612371421) of your decision to cancel this contract with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
2. Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments for the goods we received from you, excluding delivery, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this repayment.
For contracts regarding the delivery of goods, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Please note your order number somewhere in the parcel.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
If order for an item to be returned it must be non damaged, with the tags still on and on it's original package.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
3. General Instructions for Returning Goods
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please send back the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components to us. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer possess the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight forward.
3) Please note that the above numbers 1-2 are not a precondition for effectively exercising the right to cancel.
